Adestinn.Money Privacy Policy

Adestinn.Money is a service of Adestinn, LLC ("Adestinn," "we," "us"). This policy describes what information we collect from members and visitors of the Adestinn.Money application, how we use it, and the choices you have. Your membership itself is governed by the Membership Agreement you accept at signup; if this policy and that agreement ever conflict, the Membership Agreement controls.

What we collect

• Identity and contact information — your name, email address, and mobile phone number, provided when you join or update your account.
• Payment and banking information — payments and bank connections are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number. Bank account details you provide for withdrawals are stored encrypted and used solely to send your money to you.
• Membership and travel activity — your Vacation Savings activity, travel credits, bookings, and the information needed to complete a hotel reservation (guest names, stay dates).
• Support communications — messages you send to member support, and reports you submit through the app.

How we use it

We use your information to operate your membership: processing contributions and withdrawals, completing bookings, applying travel credits, sending account and service communications, providing member support, preventing fraud, and meeting our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising.

When we share it

We share information only as needed to run the service: with our payment processor to move your money, with hotel suppliers to complete a reservation you request, and with the service providers that deliver our emails and text messages. We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information. Beyond that, we never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Security and retention

We protect your information with industry-standard measures, including encryption of sensitive financial details at rest. We keep membership records for as long as your account is active and as required for our legal, accounting, and audit obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You can review and update your personal information in the app, opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and contact member support to request access to or deletion of your information, subject to records we are required to keep.

Children

Adestinn.Money is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; child guests on a booking are recorded only as needed to complete the reservation.

Changes and contact
