Adestinn.Money Terms of Use

Welcome to Adestinn.Money, a service of Adestinn, LLC ("Adestinn," "we," "us"). By using the Adestinn.Money application you agree to these Terms of Use. Your membership is governed by the Membership Agreement you accept at signup, together with the specific offer terms shown when you join; if these Terms and your Membership Agreement conflict, the Membership Agreement controls.
The program, in plain language
- Your contributions are your money. Vacation Savings contributions you make are refundable member cash, withdrawable as described in your Membership Agreement.
- Travel credits are not cash. Membership rebates, room rebates, referral credits, and free-fifth credits are promotional travel credits: non-refundable, spendable only toward travel booked through the program, and forfeited when your membership closes. Withdrawing member cash may reduce your travel credits as described in your Membership Agreement.
- The membership fee is set by your offer at signup. Your initial membership fee is covered by a money-back guarantee for 90 days from payment, provided you have not yet made a booking; after that, it is non-refundable.
- Bookings are subject to each property's cancellation policy, shown to you before you confirm. Taxes and property fees are collected or disclosed at booking. Cancelling a booking returns its funds to your Vacation Savings as described in your Membership Agreement.
- Closing your account is available in the app whenever you have no upcoming trips. Closing pays out your member cash and forfeits your travel credits.
Your account
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and use the service only for yourself and lawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms or your Membership Agreement.

Service and content
Hotel availability and prices are provided live by our travel suppliers and can change until a booking is confirmed. The Adestinn.Money application, its content, and its marks belong to Adestinn, LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adestinn disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable law or under your Membership Agreement, including your rights to your own contributed funds.
General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms here with a new effective date and notify members through the app. Questions?
