Adestinn.Money Terms of Use

Welcome to Adestinn.Money, a service of Adestinn, LLC ("Adestinn," "we," "us"). By using the Adestinn.Money application you agree to these Terms of Use. Your membership is governed by these Terms together with the specific offer terms shown when you join. If Adestinn later provides you a Membership Agreement, it will control where it conflicts with these Terms.
The program, in plain language
- Your contributions are your money. Vacation Savings contributions you make are refundable member cash, withdrawable as described in your Membership Agreement.
- Travel credits are not cash. Membership rebates, room rebates, referral credits, and free-fifth credits are promotional travel credits: non-refundable, spendable only toward travel booked through the program, and forfeited when your membership closes. Withdrawing member cash may reduce your travel credits as described in your Membership Agreement.
- The membership fee is set by your offer at signup. Your initial membership fee is covered by a money-back guarantee for 90 days from payment, provided you have not yet made a booking; after that, it is non-refundable.
- Bookings are subject to each property's cancellation policy, shown to you before you confirm. Taxes and property fees are collected or disclosed at booking. Some rates carry a cancellation charge; when they do, the charge and the date it starts are shown before you book. If you cancel inside the charge window, the cancellation charge is taken first from the member cash in your Vacation Savings and any remaining shortfall is charged to your card on file; your travel credits are never used to pay a cancellation charge. Everything else held for the trip returns to your Vacation Savings.
- Worry Free Booking is an optional add-on offered on some bookings that carry a cancellation charge. If you add it, Adestinn waives its cancellation charge on that booking when you cancel for any reason before the check-in date shown on the booking, and everything held for the trip returns to your Vacation Savings. Worry Free Booking is a waiver of Adestinn's own charge. It is not insurance, and it does not cover anything other than that booking's cancellation charge: no medical, baggage, delay, missed-connection or other travel costs, and nothing outside the booking it was purchased with. Its fee is shown at checkout, is paid by card at booking, and is non-refundable, including if you cancel. It cannot be paid from your Vacation Savings. A booking that is not cancelled before check-in (including a no-show) is not covered. If a booking is changed, Worry Free Booking stays with it; if the booking total rises, the fee difference is charged.
- Closing your account is available in the app whenever you have no upcoming trips. Closing pays out your member cash and forfeits your travel credits.
Your account
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and use the service only for yourself and lawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms or your Membership Agreement.

Service and content
Hotel availability and prices are provided live by our travel suppliers and can change until a booking is confirmed. The Adestinn.Money application, its content, and its marks belong to Adestinn, LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adestinn disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable law or under your Membership Agreement, including your rights to your own contributed funds.
General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms here with a new effective date and notify members through the app. Questions? Chat with member support in the app.
